A licensed cosmetologist for over 15 years, Maria brings both professional expertise and deep personal understanding to the organization. She oversees all programs, trains volunteer stylists in compassionate care techniques, and ensures every patient receives dignified, individualized service. Maria's vision transformed a single act of love into a thriving nonprofit that has touched thousands of lives.

Dr. Chen is a board-certified oncologist with 20 years of experience treating cancer patients at Desert Regional Medical Center. He joined CLIPPER AGAINST CANCER INCORPORATED's board in 2019 to help bridge medical care with emotional support services. Dr. Chen advises on treatment-safe products for care packages, facilitates partnerships with oncology centers, and educates volunteers on the physical and emotional impacts of chemotherapy. His medical expertise ensures our programs complement clinical treatment and truly serve patients' needs.

Sarah is a cancer survivor who participated in our programs during her own treatment in 2020. Inspired by the support she received, she joined the organization to give back and help others navigate their journeys. Sarah coordinates all three programs—Compassionate Cuts, Care Packages, and Hope & Healing Network—managing volunteers, scheduling services, and ensuring seamless delivery of support to patients. Her lived experience brings invaluable perspective to program design and implementation.

Marcus brings a decade of nonprofit fundraising and community engagement experience to CLIPPER AGAINST CANCER INCORPORATED. He manages donor relations, organizes awareness events, and builds partnerships with businesses, hospitals, and community organizations. Marcus's strategic approach to outreach has expanded our reach from one county to serving patients across all of Southern California. He is passionate about connecting compassionate donors with meaningful opportunities to support cancer patients.
